PLEASE MAIL THE CARD YOU RECEIVE WITHIN 10 DAYS
After receipt of your Reply Card, a representative of AIL, will call to witness your proper beneficiary and deliver your discount card.  American Income has additional insurance benefits.  You should give the representative a few minutes to discuss their other insurance programs with you.  If you have any questions contact American Income at (800)356-5560.
