The Field of Membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

 

1.  Employees of the following companies which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of   Allegheny Power System.

• Mon-Valley, Jefferson and South Penn Divisions of the West Penn Power Company, Mitchell Power Station, Charleroi System Operations Building, or Hatfield Power Station in Pennsylvania.
• Monongahela Power Company in West Virginia and Ohio, or 
• The Potomac Edison Company in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia

2.  Employees of Allegheny Energy, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Allegheny Power, Allegheny Energy Supply, Mountaineer Gas Company, and Allegheny Ventures (controlling Allegheny Communications Connect and Allegheny Energy Solutions) 7/13/05

 

Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants of the above employment; members of their immediate families or household; and organizations of such persons.
